Officers investigating a burglary that took place at a flat in Scarborough Avenue between 11 and 20 January, have released photos of two distinctive items that were stolen during the incident.

The offenders forced entry to a communal door at the property and then gained entry to the front door of the first floor flat.

Police are keen to trace two people who were seen knocking on the flat door on the evening of Wednesday 18 January and who may have helpful information.

They are described as well built men who were wearing dark clothing and caps with their hoods up.

A guitar and a ring were stolen, together with a rare guitar case bearing the word 'Spider', and X Box Elite and a number of games.

Anyone with information should contact DC David Webb at Skegness Police Station by dialling 101.

Alternatively call Crimestoppers, anonymously, on 0800 555 111.
