Police are hunting two men who attempted to steal a sit-on lawnmower from a house in Mattersey.
The homeowner disturbed the offenders around 12.15pm on Wednesday 27 April.
They went to drive off in a white Astra van, but as they left they struck the victim's car, causing damage to the front driver's side of the van.
The van then sped off towards Gainsborough.
The offenders are described as:
- white males
- aged in their 40s
- stocky build
- 5ft 10" tall
- one had a bald head
- the other was wearing a hat
