Images have been released of a man police would like to speak to about an attempted burglary at a Nottingham factory.

A man gained entry to the Chromoworks factory in Wigman Road, Aspley, at around 9.10pm on Friday 6 January.

He was seen carrying aluminum sheeting when he was disturbed by staff and fled empty-handed.

Police have been reviewing CCTV footage recorded inside the building and have identified a man they would like to speak to about the incident.

The suspect is described as:

  • a white male
  • wearing a brown hooded top with a large yellow stripe on the front and black trousers
  • spoke with an Irish accent 

Anyone who recognises him, or has any information about the incident, should contact Nottinghamshire Police on 101.
