Grampian Police are investigating the disappearance of two rough coated Jack Russell Terriers.

The dogs would have gone missing from their home address located off the A93 between Inchmarlo and Potarch about 3:30 pm on 6 April 2011.

Police are keen to trace the occupant of a red transit style van who was seen in the area a short time later.

The person, believed to be an older male, was seen with two dogs matching the description of those reported missing.

Anyone with information regarding the dogs or the vehicle and occupant is asked to contact Grampian Police on 0845 600 5 700.
