Detectives are appealing for information following a burglary at a house in the Stockton Brook area.

Offenders broke into the detached property on Brindley Lane between 6.50pm and 11pm on Saturday 21 January by forcing their way in at the back of the house.

They went on to steal a number of valuable items from the upstairs rooms of the house worth in excess of £10,000.

The stolen items include:

  • 2 Hunter style, gold-coloured men's fob watches
  • Rolex man's watch
  • Tissot man's watch
  • Longines man's watch
  • man's half Sovereign ring
  • 2 ladies diamond encrusted gold rings
  • quantity of cash

Anyone with information on the break-in, or saw suspicious persons and/or a vehicle in the vicinity prior to the incident, is asked to contact DC Dave Stones at Staffordshire Police on 101.
