Officers in Angus are appealing for information after personal property worth more than £4,500 was stolen during a break-in to a house by Forfar.

A bungalow at Pitscandly, Lunanhead, was broken into some time between 12.50pm and 6.45pm on Saturday (August 22).

Items stolen included several gent's watches described as:

  • Fishbone (stainless steel) watch
  • Citizen Skyhawk watch
  • Swiss silver watch
  • Oskar Emil gold watch
  • Diesel watch
  • Dolce and Gabbana (ladies) watch with brown leather strap

Amongst other items taken are:

  • Tiffany necklace
  • gent's 9-carat gold 24-inch curb-link necklace
  • gent's gold ring in a Celtic design and set with a single diamond
  • black leather jacket
  • pair of Ray Ban sunglasses
  • two black iPOds (120-gb and 8gb)
